About Hannah

Hannah is an award-winning Integrative Therapist and Clinical Hypnotherapist who helps children, teenagers and adults better understand why they feel the way they do and find practical, positive ways to move forward. She is known for her warm, down-to-earth approach and for making therapeutic support feel approachable, grounded and effective.

She has been running her business, Natural Hypnotherapy, since 2008, supporting clients in London, Wiltshire and around the world. Her work has been featured by ITV News and in Juno and Spirit & Destiny magazines, and she has built a strong reputation for helping people feel calmer, more confident and more in control.

Hannah works with a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges, from anxiety linked to a particular event through to more generalised anxiety where the cause may feel less clear. Family pressures, work stress, low confidence, phobias, grief and trauma are among the most common reasons people seek her support. She is especially passionate about finding the right approach for each individual, recognising that no two people experience the same challenge in exactly the same way.

She also holds a current DBS certificate and regularly works with children and teenagers, including young people with ADHD and autism. Alongside one-to-one work, Hannah delivers group workshops that combine information, science, practical tools and relaxation techniques. In 2025, she co-founded Mindwell Training with Ruth Anne Adams to teach others how to use the BLAST technique.

How Hannah can help

Hannah supports clients with a wide range of emotional wellbeing concerns. Integrative therapy and clinical hypnotherapy can be particularly helpful for anxiety and overwhelm, stress and burnout, trauma responses, low confidence and self-esteem, phobias and fears, grief and emotional adjustment, family or relationship pressures and work-related stress.

She is particularly well placed to support children, teenagers and adults who want help with emotional regulation, calmer thinking and understanding the patterns behind how they feel. Her work also suits those looking for ADHD and autism-friendly therapeutic support, as well as people who want practical tools to help them feel more resilient and better able to cope with everyday challenges.

How Hannah works

Hannah’s approach is calm, positive and highly personalised. She helps clients understand the patterns behind how they feel, then works with them to create meaningful change using hypnotherapy, mind coaching and practical therapeutic tools.

Her sessions are designed to feel supportive, empowering and solution-focused. Whether someone is dealing with a specific difficulty or a more general sense of anxiety or emotional overload, Hannah aims to help them feel more in control, more resilient and better able to cope with life’s challenges.

She believes change becomes much easier when people feel understood and have the right support around them. Her work is always shaped around the person in front of her, with the focus on helping each client find an approach that feels useful, manageable and right for them.

What to expect

Sessions with Hannah are tailored to the individual, clients can expect a welcoming, non-judgemental space where they feel listened to and supported. Hannah combines therapeutic insight with practical tools and techniques to help clients feel calmer, clearer and more confident.
