Neurological Physiotherapy

Neurological Physiotherapy provides focused rehabilitation to help people adapt to physical changes, maintain independence and make the most of their abilities.

Neurological Physiotherapy is specialist physiotherapy for people whose movement, balance, strength or function has been affected by conditions involving the brain, spinal cord or nerves. This may include stroke, Parkinson’s, multiple sclerosis, brain injury, spinal cord injury or other neurological conditions. Treatment is highly individual and may focus on walking, balance, strength, coordination, mobility, fatigue management and functional independence. The aim is to support the person as a whole and help them move as safely, confidently and effectively as possible in everyday life.
