Elbow Treatments

Your Elbow

Help for elbow pain, strain and overuse injuries, with treatment and rehabilitation to reduce discomfort and restore everyday and sporting function.

Elbow pain is common and is often linked to irritation around the tendons, muscles or joints of the elbow. It may be felt on the inside or outside of the elbow, or spread into the forearm, and can make everyday tasks such as lifting, gripping, twisting or carrying more uncomfortable.

Symptoms can range from a mild ache to sharper pain, tenderness, weakness or stiffness. For some people, elbow pain develops gradually through repeated strain or overuse, while for others it may follow a specific activity, sport or period of heavier loading than usual. Problems on the outside of the elbow are often described as tennis elbow, while pain on the inside may be linked to golfer’s elbow.

A careful assessment can help identify what may be contributing to your symptoms and guide the right treatment plan to reduce pain, improve strength and restore more comfortable movement and day-to-day function
