About Jade

Jade is a Senior Physiotherapist with experience across the NHS, private practice, advanced practice physiotherapy and occupational health. She completed a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science at the University of Exeter before going on to achieve an MSc in Physiotherapy from Oxford Brookes University.

Her previous roles include Advanced Physiotherapy Practitioner and First Contact Practitioner (FCP) within the NHS. Before moving to Marlborough with her family, Jade also spent five years working in private practice in Dorset. This breadth of experience has given Jade particular expertise in assessing and diagnosing musculoskeletal conditions, including more complex problems where the cause of symptoms may not immediately be clear.

Outside work, Jade enjoys spending time with her family, horse riding, farming, skiing and playing hockey. Having been involved in competitive sport from a young age, she has a strong understanding of the demands of sport, exercise and recovery from injury.

How Jade can help

Jade works with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and sports injuries, helping people recover from injury, manage persistent pain and return to the activities that matter to them. Her particular interests include musculoskeletal physiotherapy, sports injuries, rehabilitation and workplace health. Jade is also qualified in acupuncture and sports massage, which she can incorporate into treatment where appropriate.

How Jade works

Jade combines thorough clinical assessment with practical, evidence-based treatment and rehabilitation. She takes time to understand each person’s symptoms, lifestyle and goals before developing an individual treatment plan.

She believes successful rehabilitation is about treating the whole person rather than simply the injury. Her approach may include hands-on treatment, acupuncture, sports massage, exercise and progressive rehabilitation, alongside helping clients understand their condition and take an active role in their recovery.

What to expect

Your appointment will begin with a discussion about your symptoms, concerns and goals, followed by a thorough physiotherapy assessment.

Jade will explain her findings clearly and work with you to develop a treatment and rehabilitation plan tailored to your needs, whether your aim is to reduce pain, return to work or sport or simply feel more confident and active again.
